Our enquiry form collects your name, email, gift purpose, quantity and delivery country. You may also provide a phone or WhatsApp number, budget, project details and a reference image. Please share only the information needed for your project, and avoid including sensitive personal information in reference files.
How We Use It
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, discuss samples and coordinate your gift project. If you place an order, we also use relevant details to arrange production, packing and delivery. Form consent allows us to contact you about the enquiry; it does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.
Project Partners & Service Providers
Relevant project information may be shared with suppliers, production partners and delivery providers when needed to prepare or fulfil your order. Our hosting and email providers also process information to operate this website and its enquiry communications. We do not sell enquiry information.
Reference Images & Storage
Enquiries are saved in a private WordPress enquiry area. Uploaded reference images are stored with the enquiry and are available through an administrator-protected download, rather than a public media-library link. Authorised studio staff use these details to follow up and manage the project.
Technical Information & Cookies
Our hosting, website and security systems may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to operate the site and prevent spam. The enquiry form uses a security token and limits repeated submissions. Embedded or external services, such as WhatsApp, apply their own privacy policies when you choose to use them.
Retention & Your Requests
We keep enquiry and order information for project follow-up, business records and any applicable recordkeeping requirements. You can contact us to ask about your information, request a correction or request deletion. We review requests in light of ongoing projects and required business records.
