Gift projects start from 100 units. We define the product combination, branding, packaging and assembly in your itemised quote, so you can review the scope before ordering.
Can I choose products before setting a final budget?
Yes. Share your gift purpose, quantity and destination. If you have a target budget, include the amount and currency; otherwise, we can suggest combinations to help you decide.
Can I review a physical sample?
Yes. We arrange a pre-production sample so you can review materials, branding, card layout and packaging fit. Your proposal sets out the sample cost and schedule alongside the production plan.
How are the real-ink cards made?
A pen-plotting machine physically writes your message in liquid ink on 300–400gsm cotton paper. Names and messages can be personalised for each recipient, with a physical sample for approval.
How do you check and pack my order?
Our studio carries out 100% piece-by-piece inspection and assembles the selected gifts, cards and packaging into complete kits, using the approved sample and order specifications.
Can you deliver internationally?
Yes. We arrange international door-to-door delivery. Share the destination and required arrival date so your proposal can include the production, packing and delivery schedule.
How quickly will I receive a reply?
We review new briefs and respond with initial feasibility and pricing within 24 business hours. The sample and production schedule follows once the project details are agreed.
